With over 20 years of leadership experience, including my current venture as Founder of SHRIJU and my pre-standing role of chief operation officer and Offi.CEO at Aerospace and Aviation SSC, I have honed competencies like start-up leaderships, business ownership, financial handholding and relationships among the industries. At the heart of my mission lies with a commitment to pioneerin all sectors including aerospace industry, and had played various roles in thelevel of senior management, project management and commercial management with leveraging strategic insights to drive innovation and business growth. Being contributed in various domains as such softwares, heavy industries, port administration, aerospace and aviation and skilling industries, my competencies were rooted in navigating the start up of skilling entity across all sectors from conception to sustainable success.
